Several weeks ago, I first noticed this new mural in downtown Brevard on the wall of the Co-ed Theatre overlooking Clemson Plaza. Downtown several evenings ago to photograph holiday lights with the Land of Waterfalls Camera Club, I found myself on this end of town. I loved the mural, at night.
Each image was created from three exposure bracketed images merged to HDR in Lightroom Classic. Tonal corrections and white balance were adjusted in Lightroom using basic controls and masking. Several minor distractions were removed or de-emphasized. My goal was to present each image as I saw it that night.
The mural was created by Scott Nurkin who celebrates North Carolina’s contributions to the American songbook by painting murals of legendary musicians in their hometowns.
